Letter: What has COVID-19 done to me?

Slowed my pace down — I used to be in the fast lane!

Appreciate family and tell them.

Appreciate and listen to nature.

Listen to the lyrics in a song.

Send thank you notes to people who are doing good. Send “Hi” notes too!

Encourage people with words when they are down.

Help others out when they need supplies.

Say “I love you” a lot.

Pray a lot.

Appreciate what I have — food, shelter, clothes.

Thank God for all he does.

If you can’t go on vacation,  think of the places where you have been and relive the memory.

Turn a bad thing into a good thing!

Think of a hug and know you are loved!

God bless.
